В доступной литературе недостаточно полно представлена информация о коморбидной патологии пациентов с вибрационной болезнью (ВБ) от воздействия локальной вибрации в современных условиях.</p><p>Цель исследования – провести анализ распространённости общесоматической патологии у пациентов с ВБ, вызванной воздействием локальной вибрации.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Проведён анализ коморбидной патологии пациентов с ВБ (n = 113) различной степени выраженности по данным углублённых медицинских осмотров. Выполнена оценка степени причинно-следственной связи нарушений здоровья с работой. Результаты отображены в виде средних величин, интенсивных и экстенсивных показателей, связь с воздействующим фактором подтверждена расчётом относительного риска.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Основным синдромом в клинической картине ВБ является вегетативно-сенсорная полиневропатия верхних конечностей, которая регистрируется у всех пациентов, при этом у части пациентов встречается сочетание двух и более клинических синдромов ВБ. Выявлена значительная распространённость болезней костно-мышечной системы, системы кровообращения, глаз и его придаточного аппарата, уха и сосцевидного отростка, органов пищеварения и мочеполовой системы, органов дыхания. С ростом величины стажевой дозы локальной вибрации растёт число лиц, у которых регистрируются болезни эндокринной (до 25%; р &lt; 0,01), пищеварительной (до 43,8%; р &lt; 0,01), мочеполовой (до 37,5%; р &lt; 0,01) систем, органов дыхания (до 37,5%; р &lt; 0,05) и системы кровообращения (до 52,9%; р &lt; 0,05).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Результаты исследования могут служить основой для реализации мероприятий первичной и вторичной профилактики профессиональных и производственно обусловленных заболеваний, вызванных воздействием локальной вибрации.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Vibration as a factor of production is one of the leading that influences negatively on workers in various sectors of the economy. In available literature there no adequate information on the comorbid pathology in hand-arm vibration disease (HAVD) patients. </p><p>The purpose of the study is to analyze the prevalence of somatic pathology in HAVD patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The analysis of comorbidity of HAVD patients according in-depth medical data is carried out. The degree of relationship between work-related health disorders is assessed. The results are presented by average values, intensive and extensive indices, the relationship of work-related health disorders is confirmed by the calculation of the relative risk.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The main syndrome in the clinical picture of HAVD is autonomous-sensory polyneuropathy of the upper extremities, which is recorded in all patients, while some patients have a combination of two or more clinical syndromes of HAVD. A significant prevalence of diseases of the musculoskeletal and circulatory systems, eyes and its adnexa, ear and mastoid process, digestive, genitourinary system, and respiratory systems was revealed. Number of patients who have diseases of endocrine (up to 25.0%, p &lt;0.01), digestive (up to 43.8%, p &lt;0.01), urogenital (up to 37.5%, p &lt;0.01), respiratory (up to 37.5%, p &lt;0.05) and the circulatory (up to 52.9%, p &lt;0.05) systems grows up with an increase of the experience dose of local vibration.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
