Качество жизни студентов-медиков значительно ниже, чем в общей популяции. Низкое качество жизни влияет на успеваемость и может стать причиной быстрого профессионального выгорания. В связи с этим актуальной проблемой является изучение влияния успеваемости на качество жизни студентов, обучающихся в медицинских вузах, для повышения уровня их профессиональной подготовки.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Обследованы 290 студентов 2–го курса педиатрического факультета медицинского университета с использованием опросника SF-36. Успеваемость студентов оценивалась по результатам объективного структурированного клинического экзамена (ОСКЭ) и средним экзаменационным баллам за 1–3-й семестры. Все студенты были разделены на три группы — лучшие, средние и неуспевающие.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У успешных студентов высокий уровень эмоционального состояния не препятствовал выполнению повседневной деятельности. Суммарный физический компонент здоровья был максимальным у средних студентов. У студентов с плохой успеваемостью отмечался минимальный суммарный ментальный компонент здоровья, что указывало на наличие у них депрессивных состояний и плохого настроения. Установлено, что ухудшение успеваемости приводило к нарушению повседневной деятельности, резкому ограничению социальных контактов и уровня общения. Высокий уровень успеваемости коррелировал с низкой жизненной активностью, нарастанием утомления и дезадапатции.</p></sec><sec><title>Ограничения исследования</title><p>Ограничения исследования. Данное исследование лимитировано подборкой студентов, обучающихся в медицинских вузах и проходящих оценку качества обучения с помощью ОСКЭ.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Качество жизни, состояние здоровья и успеваемость учащихся являются взаимозависимыми показателями. According to modern literature data, the quality of life of medical students is significantly lower than in the general population. Poor quality of life affects academic performance and can lead to rapid burnout. In this regard, an urgent problem is to study the practical significance of the impact of academic performance on the quality of life of students enrolled in medical universities, to improve their level of professional training.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. With the help of the SF-36 questionnaire, 290 2nd year students of the pediatric faculty of the Medical University were examined. Students’ performance was assessed based on the results of an objective structured clinical examination (OSСE) and an average examination grade for 1–3 semesters. All students are divided into three groups — best, mediocres and worst.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. For successful students, a high level of emotional state did not interfere with the performance of daily activities. The total physical component of health was the highest among average students. Students with poor academic performance had a minimal total mental health component, which indicated that they had depressive states and bad mood. It was found that the deterioration of academic performance led to a violation of the performance of daily activities, a sharp limitation of social contacts and the level of communication. A high level of academic performance correlated with low vital activity, increasing fatigue and disadaptation.</p></sec><sec><title>Limitations</title><p>Limitations. This study is limited to a selection of students studying at medical universities and undergoing an assessment of the quality of education with the help of OSCE. </p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The quality of life, health status and academic performance of students are interdependent indicators.
