Высокая медико-социальная значимость онкологической патологии определяет важность изучения условий её формирования. Цель исследования – оценить кумулятивный канцерогенный риск для населения административного центра Республики Бурятия – города Улан-Удэ. </p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Идентификация канцерогенной опасности, обусловленной поступлением химических примесей в атмосферный воздух, проведена по данным форм № 2-ТП (воздух) за 2005–2015 годы. Оценка экспозиции дана в целом для населения города по многолетним среднегодовым концентрациям канцерогенов в атмосферном воздухе, питьевой воде, продуктах питания. Рассчитаны индексы сравнительной канцерогенной опасности (HCR) и индивидуального канцерогенного риска (ICR). </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Среди предприятий наиболее опасных как источников выбросов веществ, обладающих канцерогенным эффектом, выделяются: комбинат по благоустройству, нефтебаза, предприятия теплоэнергетики, тяжёлого машиностроения. ЗАО «Улан-Удэстальмост», АО «Улан-Удэнский авиационный завод» являются источниками поступления в среду обитания нескольких веществ, обладающих канцерогенным действием (формальдегид, хром (VI), никель, кадмий, эпихлоргидрин и др.). Кумулятивный канцерогенный индивидуальный риск в течение всей жизни для населения г. Улан-Удэ находится в пределах больше, чем 1E-04, но менее 1Е-03 и, следовательно, приемлем для профессиональных групп и неприемлем для населения в целом. </p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение</title><p>Обсуждение. Основным путём поступления химических канцерогенов в организм населения Улан-Удэ является ингаляционный (79%). Наибольший вклад в суммарный индивидуальный канцерогенный риск при поступлении из атмосферного воздуха вносили формальдегид, хром (VI) и бенз(а)пирен. Приоритетными канцерогенами, поступающими с питьевой водой и продуктами питания, являются мышьяк, кадмий, свинец. </p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Результаты оценки индивидуального канцерогенного риска в г. Улан-Удэ свидетельствуют о недопустимом уровне воздействия на население. Следует отметить, что проведённая оценка имеет ряд неопределённостей, что определяет необходимость дальнейшего совершенствования системы мониторинга канцерогенной опасности.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Oncological pathology has a high medical and social significance, so it is important to study the conditions of its formation. The aim of the study was to evaluate the cumulative carcinogenic risk for the population of the administrative center of the Republic of Buryatia (Ulan-Ude).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The identification of the carcinogenic hazard caused by the entry of chemical ingredients into the ambient air was carried out in 2005-2015. The exposure assessment is based on long-term average annual concentrations of carcinogens in the air, drinking water, food. Indices of comparative carcinogenic hazard (HCR) and individual carcinogenic risk (ICR) are calculated.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The huge engineering enterprises are sources of several substances with carcinogenic effects (formaldehyde, chrome VI, cadmium, niсkel, epichlorohydrin, etc.).The individual carcinogenic risk for residents of Ulan-Ude is included in the range unacceptable for the general population. The main pathway for chemical agents to enter the body is inhalation (79%). The greatest contribution to the total individual carcinogenic risk on admission from the air was made by formaldehyde, chromium VI and Benz(a)pyrene. Priority carcinogens coming from drinking water and food are arsenic, cadmium, lead.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Results of the assessment of individual carcinogenic risk in Ulan-Ude indicate an unacceptable level of the impact on the population.
