Статья посвящена изучению динамики функциональных состояний (работоспособности, стресса) у сотрудников нефтегазодобывающей компании различных профессиональных групп в течение вахтового заезда в условиях Арктики. В исследовании приняли участие 70 специалистов нефтегазодобывающих компаний, работающих вахтовым методом в Арктике (НАО, Россия) пяти профессиональных групп: операторы по добыче нефти и газа, операторы котельной и очистных сооружений, водители, инженерно-технические работники, специалисты по техническому обслуживанию. </p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Изучение документации, наблюдение за рабочим процессом, анкетирование, психофизиологическое и психологическое тестирование, статистические методы анализа данных. Исследование функциональных состояний проводилось с помощью методов: биохимического (анализ слюны на кортизол), психофизиологического (сложная зрительно-моторная реакция) и психологического (опросник «Самочувствие. Активность. Настроение» В.А. Доскина с соавторами; Тест цветовых предпочтений М. Люшера в адаптации Л.Н. Собчик). </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. С помощью биохимических методов оценки функциональных состояний выявлены статистически значимые различия концентрации кортизола в слюне у работников всех профессиональных групп в течение вахтового заезда. С помощью психофизиологических методов установлено снижение работоспособности обследуемых от начала к середине вахты у водителей, операторов по добыче нефти и газа, и инженерно-технических работников. С помощью динамического анализа значений показателя стресса выявлена тенденция к развитию стрессового состояния в середине вахтового периода у всех специалистов, работающих вахтовым методом. </p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. В результате исследования выявлено, что к концу вахтового заезда статистически значимо возрастает стрессовое состояние у операторов котельной и очистных сооружений, работников технического обслуживания и водителей. По данным динамики функциональных состояний, можно наблюдать снижение работоспособности у всех специалистов к концу вахтового периода. Более негативная динамика функциональных состояний выявлена у специалистов, работающих на открытом воздухе (водители и инженерно-технические работники). Таких сотрудников можно отнести к группе риска.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is devoted to the study of functional status dynamics (working capacity, stress) of oil and gas workers of various professional groups during the shift period in Arctic conditions. The survey involved 70 specialists from oil and gas producing companies working on a shift basis in the Nenets Autonomous District of five professional groups: operators for oil and gas production, operators of the boiler and treatment facilities, drivers, engineers and maintenance technicians. The research methods are studying documentation, monitoring the work process, questioning, psycho-physiological and psychological testing, statistical methods of data analysis. The study of the functional status was carried out with the help of biochemical (analysis of saliva on cortisol), psychophysiological (complex visual-motor response) and psychological (questionnaire: “Feeling. Activity. Mood.” by V.A. Doskin and co-authors; the test of color preferences of M. Lusher in adaptation L.N. Sobchik) methods. As a result of the study, By the end of the shift period the statistically significant increase was revealed in the stressful status of the operators of the boiler and treatment facilities, maintenance workers and drivers. According to the dynamics of the functional status, one can observe a decrease in the working capacity of all specialists by the end of the shift period. The specialists, working in the open air (drivers and engineers), had more negative dynamics of functional status in comparison with other professional groups.
