В статье представлен эпидемиологический анализ структуры острых отравлений современными психоактивными веществами.</p><p>Цель исследования - провести анализ структуры острых отравлений современными психоактивными веществами среди пациентов, госпитализированных в многопрофильный стационар за период 2019 г. для совершенствования профилактических мероприятий. </p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Использованные данные получены из сводной учётной документации отделений центра лечения острых отравлений. При статистической обработке материала использованы числовые характеристики переменных с оценкой их точности и надёжности, достоверность различий показателя по непараметрическому критерию Пирсона.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлено преобладание в биологических средах у госпитализированных пациентов γ-оксибутирата - 46,6% (1452), синтетических средств α-PVP - 20,2% (631), синтетических опиоидов (метадона) - 13,2% (413). В общей структуре острых отравлений, зарегистрированных в 2019 г., доля отравлений современными психоактивными средствами составила 22,2% (4442), показатель летальности - 0,3%, что доказывает его высокую эпидемиологическую значимость. В ходе изучения динамических характеристик эпидемиологического процесса установлено, что основные пики обнаружения психоактивных веществ среди общего количества выполненных лабораторных исследований отмечены в июле (52%), августе (60,8%) и ноябре (54,3%) 2019 г.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. На основании проведённого анализа сделаны выводы о целесообразности совершенствования системы профилактики острых отравлений современными психоактивными веществами на догоспитальном и госпитальном этапах.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The article presents the epidemiological analysis of the structure of acute poisonings with modern psychoactive substances.</p><p>The aim of the study was to analyze the structure of acute poisonings with modern psychoactive substances among patients hospitalized in General hospitals for 2019 to improve preventive measures.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. There were used data obtained from the consolidated accounting documents of branches of the Centre for the treatment of acute poisoning. The aggregation of the material used numerical characteristics of the variables with the assessment of their accuracy and reliability, the significance of differences increased non-parametric Pearson criterion.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The prevalence in biological fluids in hospitalized patients of γ-hydroxybutyrate was 46.6% (1452), synthetic α-PVP - 20,2% (631), synthetic opioids (methadone) and 13.2% (413). In the overall structure of acute poisonings registered in 2019, the proportion of poisoning with modern drugs amounted to 22.2% (4442), the case-fatality rate is 0.3%, which proves its high epidemiological significance.
