Профилактика йодного дефицита является актуальной проблемой мирового сообщества, учитывая широкий спектр йододефицитных заболеваний, вызываемых недостаточным поступлением йода в организм человека. В Российской Федерации, относящейся к странам с доказанным природным дефицитом йода, массовая профилактика йодного дефицита реализуется на региональном уровне. Актуальным инструментом контроля является социально-гигиенический мониторинг. </p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В статье использованы результаты исследований: анализ образцов йодированной пищевой соли, реализуемой населению торговыми предприятиями Тюменской области (2010-2017гг.), и соли, используемой в домашнем питании (2013, 2016, 2017гг.); мониторинг предприятий розничной торговли муниципальных образований региона, в которых оценивалось наличие йодированной соли, её стоимость и ассортимент (2013, 2015, 2018 гг.); репрезентативные социологические исследования поведения семей школьников 5-11 классов школ Тюменской области при профилактике йодного дефицита (2013, 2017 гг.). </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В Тюменской области в течение 20 лет реализуется программа профилактики йодного дефицита. Разработана и внедрена система социально-гигиенического мониторинга, позволяющая оценить результаты программы и выявить её слабые места. В настоящее время население региона полностью обеспечено в йодированной пищевой соли высокого качества: за 2016 год зарегистрировано 0,17% неудовлетворительных проб йодированной соли, в 2017 году неудовлетворительных проб не обнаружено. Социологическое исследование потребительского поведения родителей школьников Тюменской области показало рост числа родителей, ежедневно употребляющих йодированную соль в домашнем питании, с 53% в 2013 до 67% в 2017 году. Анализ образцов соли, взятой в домашних хозяйствах, показал, что в 2013 году в 26% пробах содержание йода соответствовало ГОСТ Р 51574-2000, в 2016 году - 33%, в 2017 году содержание йода во всех пробах соли соответствовало требованиям. Реализуемая региональная стратегия профилактики йодного дефицита в регионе эффективна и требует дальнейшей работы с населением.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. The purpose of this study was to consider the role of socio-hygienic monitoring in the implementation of the regional strategy for prevention of iodine deficiency. </p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The samples of salt from the market (2010-17) and salt which used by households of the Tyumen region (2013, 2016, 2017) were analyzed. Monitoring of retail markets in different municipalities was conducted to the analysis of the cost and assortment of iodized salt; Results of a representative sociological study of the behavior of families schoolchildren of grades 5-11 of the Tyumen region were examined. </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The regional program for the prevention of iodine deficiency is being implemented in the Tyumen region for 20 years. This system of social and hygienic monitoring makes it possible to obtain objective data on the effectiveness of prevention and identify its weaknesses. At present, the need of the population of the region for iodized high-quality salt is provided completely: 0.17% of unsatisfactory samples of iodized salt was registered in 2016, unsatisfactory samples were not detected in 2017. A sociological study of the consumer behavior of parents of schoolchildren in the Tyumen region showed an increase in the number of parents who daily consume iodized salt in their home meals, from 53% in 2013 to 67% in 2017. In accordance with the analysis of salt samples from households in 2013, 26% of samples were content of iodine was in accordance with State Standards (GOST) R 51574-2000, in 2016 - 33%, in 2017 in all samples, the salt content of iodine met the requirements.
