У большинства практикующих врачей существуют сомнения в безопасности проведения профессионального отбеливания у пациентов с рецессией десны и дефектами твёрдых тканей зуба в пришеечной области. </p><p>Цель исследования – оценка безопасности и эффективности профессиональной гигиены полости рта и отбеливания зубов у пациентов с клиновидными дефектами зубов и рецессией десны. </p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Было проведено рандомизированное контролируемое проспективное клиническое исследование с участием двух групп по 30 человек. В группе № 1 проводили профессиональную гигиену полости рта и профессиональное отбеливание зубов, абфракционные дефекты и зоны рецессии десны были изолированы жидким коффердамом. В группе № 2 проводили только профессиональную гигиену полости рта. Оценивали индекс истирания зуба (ИИЗ), индекс Шиффа и вертикальный размер рецессии десны. </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В течение года увеличение размера клиновидного дефекта наблюдали в области пяти зубов в группе № 1 и в области семи зубов в группе № 2. Увеличение вертикального размера рецессии на 1 мм наблюдали в области шести зубов в группе № 1 и в области восьми зубов в группе № 2. Cтатистически достоверных различий между группами 1 и 2 выявлено не было. В группе 1 после профессионального отбеливания гиперестезия отмечалась в области 240 зубов (40%), однако через 14 суток количество зубов с повышенной чувствительностью значительно уменьшилось и составило 110 (18,3%). В группе № 2 после проведения профессиональной гигиены количество зубов с гиперестезией составило 250 (41,7%), в течение 14 суток количество зубов с гиперестезией снизилось до 239 зубов (39,8%), что превышает аналогичный показатель в группе № 1. </p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Профессиональное отбеливание зубов не оказывает негативного влияния на рост рецессий зубов и клиновидных дефектов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The most of dental practitioners have some doubts about teeth bleaching safety in patients with teeth abfractions and gingival recession. </p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Assessment of professional oral debridement and teeth bleaching safety in patients with teeth abfractions and gingival recession. </p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Randomized controlled trial was done in two groups of 30 patients with teeth abfractions and gingival recession. In group 1 oral debridement and professional dental bleaching were performed. Abfractions and recessions were isolated with a liquid dam. In group 2 oral debridement was made. The vertical size of recession, Tooth Wear Index and Schiff air sensitivity index were evaluated. </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. After 12 months the enlargement of wedge defects was pronounced in 5 teeth in group 1 and in 7 teeth in group 2. The enlargement of the gingival recession was marked in 6 teeth in group 1 and in 8 teeth in group 2. No statistical difference between groups was seen. In group 1 after teeth bleaching the sensitivity was present in 240 teeth (40%), after 14 days amount of teeth with sensitivity reduced to 110 (18.3%). In group 2 after oral debridement, the sensitivity was present in 250 teeth (41.7%), after 14 days amount of teeth with sensitivity reduced to 239 (39.8%). </p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
