Психологическая готовность выпускников средних медицинских учебных заведений к выполнению их профессиональных обязанностей в России практически не изучена, тогда как в зарубежной литературе этому вопросу посвящено множество исследований. Цель – исследовать психологическую готовность будущих выпускников Санкт-Петербургского Фельдшерского колледжа с начальной целью выявления наблюдаемых статистических закономерностей, в том числе на основе феноменологического подхода.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Опрошено 54 студента обоего пола, обучающихся в Фельдшерском медицинском колледже по программе среднего специального образования «Медсестринское дело». Все участники заполнили опросники, составленные по тестам, модифицированным на основе феноменологического подхода: тест тревожности по Спилбергеру, тест уровня субъективного контроля по шкале интернальности, феноменологическое интервью по Кораблиной Е.П. Статистическую обработку проводили с применением таблиц сопряжённости с проверкой зависимости/независимости от возрастных диапазонов по критерию согласия χ2 Пирсона. Зависимость между проверяемыми категориями принимали при вероятности ошибки первого рода p, меньшей 0,05. Все вычислительные операции выполнены с помощью статистических приложений к электронным таблицам Exсel-2003. </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. По всем проверяемым опросникам, модифицированным на основе феноменологического подхода, студенты вечернего отделения обнаружили значимое (p &lt; 0,05) отличие в отношении психологической готовности к выполнению своих профессиональных обязанностей по сравнению со студентами дневного отделения. </p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Уровень психологической готовности, выявляемый по трём независимым тестам, у обучающихся на вечернем отделении оказался выше, чем у обучающихся на дневном отделении, что означает бóльшую готовность обучающихся на вечернем отделении к профессиональной деятельности после окончания обучения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Psychological readiness of graduates of Medical College to performance of their professional duties in Russia practically is not studied, whereas in foreign literature, this issue is devoted to many studies.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To explore the psychological readiness of future graduates of Medical College with the initial goal of identifying the observed statistical regularities, including the phenomenological approach.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. We surveyed 54 students of both genders enrolled in Medical College (St. Petersburg) on the program of secondary education “Nursing”. All participants completed questionnaires, compiled by the tests, modified on the basis of the phenomenological approach: State-Trait Anxiety Inventory of Ch.D. Spielberger, a test of the level of subjective control (scale of internality), and, in fact, a phenomenological interview of E.P. Kоrablina. Statistical processing was performed using contingency tables with the verification of the dependence/independence of the age ranges on the χ2 Pearson criterion of consent. Check the relationship between the categories is taken for the probability of error of the first kind p less than 0.05. All computing operations are performed using statistical application spreadsheets Excel-2003.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. All the tested questionnaires were modified on the based the phenomenological approach, higher education was found significant (p&lt;0.05) difference in respect of psychological readiness for professional duties performance as compared with students. </p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
