Стратегия ВОЗ «Здоровье для всех» реализует переход от парадигмы патогенеза к салютoгенезу, направленному на поддержание и укрепление здоровья населения, что в сфере трудовой деятельности обеспечивается современными формами и методами управления здоровьем персонала и безопасностью его труда. </p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Исследования выполнялись на предприятии высокотехнологичного машиностроительного комплекса по производству газовых турбин и включали изучение профессионального стресса, стрессоустойчивости и индекса работоспособности в четырёх группах профессий методами анкетного опроса. Для добровольного участия в исследовании были приглашены 144 работника (94 мужчины и 50 женщин) в возрасте от 26 до 45 лет, проработавшие на предприятии не менее одного года. </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Многоуровневая регрессионная модель оценки профессионального стресса показала, что психофизиологические, мотивационные, информационные и поведенческие факторы определяют уровень стресса в среднем на 72,3 ± 2,6%, и снижение работоспособности на 59,6 ± 4,6%. Одним из результатов реализации программы является достижение высокой мотивации работников к осознанному участию в оздоровительных мероприятиях на уровне рабочего места (92%). </p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение</title><p>Обсуждение. Концептуализация профессионального стресса и работоспособности является необходимым условием в разработке и применении стратегий по сохранению и укреплению здоровья на уровне рабочего места, особенно при интеллектуальных видах трудовой деятельности. Эти показатели могут использоваться в качестве предикторов для определения риска досрочного увольнения, преждевременного старения и профессионального долголетия, а также в оценке качества жизни работников. </p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Оценка и управление профессиональным стрессом, поддержание высокой работоспособности и формирование устойчивой мотивации работников на участие в оздоровительных мероприятиях являются одним из инструментов политики сохранения здоровья на рабочем месте и продления профессионального долголетия работающего населения, что соответствует основным целям Национального проекта «Демография».</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The WHO "Health for All" strategy is implementing a transition from the paradigm of pathogenesis to salutogenesis, aimed at maintaining and promoting the health of the population provided in the field of work by modern forms and methods of the health and safety of personnel. </p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The studies were carried out at the enterprise of a high-tech machine-building complex for the production of gas turbines and included the evaluation of occupational stress, stress tolerance and health index in 4 occupational groups by using questionnaire survey methods. 144 employees including 94 men and 50 women aged from 26 to 45 years, who have worked at the enterprise for at least one year, are invited to take part in the study. </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A multi-level regression model for assessing occupational stress showed psycho-physiological, motivational, informational and behavioral factors to determine the level of stress by an average of 72.3 ± 2.6%, and a decrease in the workability index by 59.6 ± 4.6%. One of the results of the program implemented is a higher motivation of employees to participate consciously in the health protection and promotion activities at the workplace level (92%). </p></sec><sec><title>Discussion</title><p>Discussion. The conceptualization of occupational stress and workability is a prerequisite for the development of health protection and promotion at the workplace level, especially in the case of intellectual work. These indices can be used as predictors for determining the risk of early dismissal, premature aging, and professional longevity, as well as in assessing the quality of life of workers.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
