Бесплодный брак является одной из ключевых медико-демографических и социальных проблем. За последние годы существенно возрос удельный вес мужского фактора в бесплодном браке. Мужская инфертильность встречается в 50% бесплодного брака и имеет мультифакторный генез нарушений, включая идиопатическое бесплодие, составляющее, по данным разных авторов, от 30 до 75% мужской инфертильности. Среди факторов риска идиопатического бесплодия активно изучается питание. </p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Объектом исследования являлись мужчины (n = 36, с установленным диагнозом «идиопатическое бесплодие», средний возраст респондентов составил 34 года (95% ДИ 29,5 ÷ 38,49). Фертильность оценивалась клиническими и лабораторными методами (анализ эякулята). Изучение фактического питания проводилось методами анализа частоты потребления пищи и суточного воспроизведения питания. Данные оценивались с помощью непараметрических методов, использовались возможности пакета Microsoft Excel и Statistica-6. </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Питание мужчин с установленным диагнозом «идиопатическое бесплодие» является нерациональным, установлен дисбаланс потребления энергии, основных пищевых веществ, макро- и микронутриентов, существенные отклонения от рекомендуемых величин потребления. Установлены корреляционные связи качественных и количественных показателей состава эякулята с уровнем потребления эссенциальных пищевых веществ. Выявлены потенциальные пищевые факторы риска мужской инфертильности (недостаточное потребление фолатов, витамина PP, витамина D, витамина A, линоленовой кислоты, фосфолипидов, биотина, холина, пищевых волокон).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. У мужчин с диагнозом «идиопатическое бесплодие» установлен ряд пищевых дисбалансов. Учитывая выявленные корреляции уровня потребления отдельных групп продуктов питания и нутриентов с качественными и количественными показателями эякулята, можно говорить о перспективности дальнейших исследований в этом направлении на более репрезентативных группах.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. A sterile marriage is one of the key medical and demographic and social problems. In recent years, the specific weight of the male factor in infertile marriage has increased substantially. Male infertility occurs in 50% of infertile marriages and has a multifactorial genesis of disorders, including idiopathic infertility, accounting for 30 to 75% of male infertility, according to different authors. Among the risk factors for idiopathic infertility nutrition is actively studied.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The subjects of the study were men (n = 36), with an established diagnosis of idiopathic infertility, the average age of the respondents was 34 years (95% CI 29.5 ÷ 38.49). Fertility was assessed by clinical and laboratory methods (sperm analysis). The study of the actual nutrition was conducted by methods of analyzing the frequency of food consumption and daily reproduction of nutrition. The data were evaluated using nonparametric methods, the capabilities of the Microsoft Excel and STATISTICA-6 package were used.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The evaluation of the actual nutrition and the analysis of the correlation of nutrient intake with the characteristics of male sperm with the established diagnosis of “idiopathic infertility” were carried out. The nutrition of this population group is irrational, the imbalance of energy consumption, basic nutrients, macro - and micronutrients, significant deviations from the recommended values of consumption is established.</p></sec><sec><title>Discussion</title><p>Discussion. Correlations between qualitative and quantitative indicators of the composition of the semen and the level of consumption of essential nutrients have been established. Potential food risk factors for male infertility have been identified (insufficient intake of folate, vitamin PP, vitamin D, vitamin A, linolenic acid, phospholipids, biotin, choline, dietary fiber).</p></sec><sec><title>Сonclusion</title><p>Сonclusion. Men diagnosed with idiopathic infertility have a number of food imbalances.
