Целью данного исследования было оценить сезонные различия в количестве обострений болезней системы кровообращения (БСК) с учётом нозологической формы (кода МКБ-10), пола и возраста пациентов.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Проанализировано 428 727 случаев вызова скорой медицинской помощи (СМП) к пациентам с обострениями БСК в г. Ярославле за период 2012–2017 гг. Обращаемость за СМП мужчин и женщин анализировалась отдельно. Были выделены четыре группы: АГ (артериальная гипертензия), ИБС (ишемическая болезнь сердца), НР (нарушения ритма), ЦВЗ (цереброваскулярные заболевания), которые были разбиты на возрастные подгруппы. Для оценки влияния сезонов года дополнительно были выделены подгруппы «зима» (вызовы СМП с декабря по февраль) и «лето» (вызовы СМП с июня по  август).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Среди всех вызовов СМП по поводу БСК наиболее частыми были вызовы по поводу повышения артериального давления. Среди них во всех возрастных подгруппах старше 40 лет было достоверно больше вызовов к женщинам, при этом обращаемость по поводу обострения других БСК была достоверно выше среди мужчин. В зимний период количество вызовов СМП по поводу артериальной гипертензии было достоверно выше, чем в летний, во всех возрастных подгруппах мужчин и женщин старше 40 лет. Для других анализируемых БСК такой динамики выявлено не было.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Выявленные в данном исследовании закономерности необходимо учитывать как в клинической и профилактической практике, так и в организации работы станций скорой и неотложной помощи.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The aim of the study was to assess seasonal differences in the exacerbations rate of diseases of the circulatory system (DCS), taking into account the nosological form (ICD code), gender and age of patients. </p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. 428 727 emergency medical service (EMS) calls to patients with exacerbations of DCS in Yaroslavl for the period 2012-2017 were analyzed. The EMS calls to men and women were analyzed separately. Four groups were identified: AH (arterial hypertension), CHD (coronary heart disease), RD (rhythm disturbance), CVD (cerebrovascular disease), which were divided into age subgroups. To assess the impact of the seasons of the year, the subgroups “winter” (all emergency calls in the winter period (from December to February) and “summer” (all emergency calls in the summer period (from June to August) were additionally identified. </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The calls due to an elevated arterial blood pressure were most frequent among all the EMS calls from DCS patients. Among them, in all age subgroups older than 40, there were significantly more calls from women, while the calls for exacerbation of other DCS were significantly higher from men. In winter, the number of EMS calls for arterial hypertension was significantly higher than in summer in all age subgroups of men and women older than 40 years. For other analyzed DCS, such regularities were not detected.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
