Введение. Школьные болезни сохраняют массовый характер и имеют негативную динамику за период обучения от младших к старшим классам. 

Цель работы – совершенствование методологических подходов к оценке потенциальных ущербов здоровью школьников.

Материал и методы

Материал и методы. Обследованы 523 школьника общеобразовательных учреждений Тульской области. Дети распределены на три группы с выраженной (123 человека), средней (187 человек) и оптимальной интенсивностью факторов школьной среды (213 человек). Для оценки ущерба для здоровья использованы показатели заболеваемости по обращаемости, данные профилактических медицинских осмотров, характеристики физического развития. Факторы школьной среды изучены по результатам инструментального контроля освещённости, микроклимата. Проведена оценка санитарно-эпидемиологического благополучия обследованных общеобразовательных учреждений.

Результаты

Результаты. Среди детских организаций в стране преобладают объекты со средним и значительным уровнем потенциального риска причинённого вреда здоровью. Основу существующей риск-ориентированной модели государственного контроля (надзора) составляют класс опасности, тяжесть последствий для здоровья населения, подвергающегося воздействию. Предложен инновационный подход к гигиенической оценке санитарно-эпидемиологического благополучия, учитывающий влияние комплекса факторов внутришкольной среды, критические возрастные периоды созревания детского организма, риски здоровью детей. Отличительной чертой применённого подхода является оценка школьных факторов в сочетании с состоянием здоровья учащихся. Предложенный метод ориентирован на уровень здоровья и факторы потенциального риска. Результаты выполненных экспериментальных исследований позволили объективно оценить санитарно-эпидемиологическое состояние образовательной среды. Установлено, что у обследованных детей преобладали нарушения осанки и зрения, заболевания нервной системы, алиментарнозависимые заболевания и др. Наибольший потенциальный риск для здоровья обусловлен влиянием факторов образовательной среды и учебного процесса, образа жизни.

Заключение

Заключение. Объективным отражением санитарно-эпидемиологического благополучия общеобразовательных учреждений является характеристика потенциального ущерба здоровью школьников. Использование предложенного методического подхода позволит решать комплексные задачи в системе «среда-здоровье»: выявлять ведущие нарушения здоровья и потенциальные факторы риска; формировать риск-ориентированные программы по охране здоровья детей и подростков.

Introduction. Aim - improvement of methodological approaches to the assessment of potential damages to schoolchildren’s health.

Materials and methods

Materials and methods. There were surveyed 523 schoolchildren of educational institutions of the Tula region. Children are divided into three groups with pronounced, moderate and optimal intensity factors of the school environment. For assessing the damage to health, morbidity indices of negotiability, data of preventive medical examinations, characteristics of physical development were used.

Results

Results. Objects with an average and significant level of the potential risk of harm to health prevail among the children’s organizations in the country. The class of danger, the severity of the consequences for the health of the population exposed are the basis of the existing risk-oriented model of state control. An innovative approach to the hygienic assessment of sanitary and epidemiological well-being, taking into account the influence of a complex of factors of the intraschool environment, critical age periods of maturation of the child’s body, risks to children’s health, is proposed. In the examined children, violations of posture and vision, diseases of the nervous system, alimentary-dependent diseases, etc. were established to prevail. The greatest potential risk to health is caused by the influence of factors of the educational environment and the educational process, lifestyle.

Conclusion

Conclusion. The use of the proposed methodological approach will allow solving complex tasks in the environment-health system: to identify the leading health problems and potential risk factors; the formation of risk-oriented programs for the health of children and adolescents.
