По оценкам экспертов ВОЗ, отсутствие должной физической активности является одним из ведущих факторов риска для здоровья, в том числе студентов.</p><p>Цель исследования - изучить двигательную активность студентов Первого МГМУ им. И.М. Сеченова. </p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Была проведена оценка количественных показателей двигательной активности методом шагометрии с помощью стандартных приложений в смартфонах, а также анализ субъективной оценки её достаточности и информированности студентов в вопросах её возрастных норм методом анкетирования.</p><p>В исследовании приняли участие 167 студентов 4-го курса Института клинической медицины Сеченовского университета.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Среднее количество шагов в обследуемой группе составило 9703 ± 3006,2 в день, что ниже среднего уровня активности для молодых людей. Меньше половины (43%) студентов отнесены к категориям средней и высокой двигательной активности.</p><p>Гендерные различия по уровню двигательной активности отсутствовали. В недельной динамике выявлена тенденция к уменьшению активности в выходные дни. Двигательная активность для будней превышала 10 000 шагов в день и расценивалась как средняя и высокая. В выходные дни активность снижалась до 8236,9 ± 4556,1, что соответствовало активности «ниже среднего». Связи между уровнем двигательной активности и индексом массы тела в данной возрастной группе не обнаружено. Субъективная оценка двигательной активности не соответствовала результатам шагометрии. Уровень информированности студентов-медиков в вопросах нормативов двигательной активности в целом был достаточно высоким - 70,1%, однако у юношей он составлял только 26%. </p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Вопросы здорового образа жизни в целом и двигательной активности в частности должны включаться в учебные планы подготовки врачей в высших учебных заведениях либо в качестве отдельной дисциплины, либо как часть специальной дисциплины, например, гигиены.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. According to WHO experts, the lack of proper physical activity is one of the leading health risk factors for students.</p><p>The purpose of this assessment was to study the physical activity of students of Sechenov University.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Quantitative indices of the physical activity were assessed on the base of the step counts data obtained from smartphones. Analysis of the subjective assessment of the physical activity sufficiency and the awareness of students about its age-matched normal level was performed on the survey data. Data included 167 4th year students of the Sechenov University.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. On average, students took 9703 ± 3006.2 steps per day, which is lower than the average activity level for young people. Less than half of the students (43%) were classified as show medium and high physical activity. There were no gender differences in the level of physical activity. In the weekly dynamics, a tendency to a decrease in activity on weekends was revealed. Physical activity for everyday life exceeded 10,000 steps per day and was regarded as medium and high. On weekends, activity decreased to 8,236.9 ± 4,556.1, which corresponded to “below average” activity. A relationship between the level of the physical activity and body mass index in this age group was not found. Subjective assessment of the physical activity did not correspond to the results of the pedometer. The level of awareness of medical students in matters of motor activity standards was generally quite high - 70.1%, but among young men, it was only 26.3%.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
