Во всех исследованных почвах были обнаружены дрожжевые грибы, численность которых превышает показатели для ненарушенных почв. Проведённая идентификация коллекции выделенных штаммов на основании анализа нуклеотидной последовательности D1/D2 доменов большой субъединицы рДНК показала присутствие 33 видов дрожжевых грибов в городских почвах, среди которых значительную часть составляют клинически важные виды — Candida parapsilosis, C. tropicalis, Diutina catenulatа, представляющие потенциальную опасность для здоровья людей. Анализ таксономической структуры городских почв также показал заметные изменения дрожжевых группировок по сравнению с ненарушенными почвами: более низкая доля базидиомицетов и отсутствие типичных педобионтов рода Solicoccozyma. Полученные данные в ходе проведённого исследования свидетельствуют о целесообразности соблюдения существующих норм складирования бытовых отходов и о необходимости принятия дополнительных мер по снижению рисков, связанных с присутствием клинически важных видов дрожжей в подобных зонах в черте города.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The analysis of the number and species structure of yeast communities of urban soils near the sites of the household waste storage in the city of Moscow was executed using a standard method for sowing glucose-peptone-yeast medium. In all studied soils there were found yeast fungi whose abundance exceeds the indices for undisturbed soils. The identification of the collection of isolated strains based on the analysis of the nucleotide sequence of the D1/D2 domains of the large subunit of rDNA showed in urban soils the presence of 33 yeast fungi, a significant proportion which are species — Candida parapsilosis, C. tropicalis, Diutina catenulata, clinically important for the health of people. An analysis of the taxonomic structure of urban soils also showed marked changes in yeast groups compared to undisturbed soils: a lower proportion of basidiomycetes and a lack of typical pedobionts of the genus Solicoccozyma.
