У 859 обследованных женщин, занятых легким физическим трудом, с разной степенью обычной усталости на работе и с разной физиологической интенсивностью труда определялся годовой прирост рисков (ГПР): синдромов двигательной, зрительной и неспецифической хронической усталости; показателей физической работоспособности; заболеваемости с временной утратой трудоспособности. Состояние здоровья ухудшается за год у 59% женщин, сильно устающих на работе, и у 63% работниц с синдромом хронической усталости. При высоком уровне физиологической интенсивности труда в 2 раза увеличивается ГПР заболеваний сердечно-сосудистой системы и в 2,2 раза — двигательного аппарата. Для гигиенической оценки темпа старения организма работающих во вредных условиях необходимы величины возрастных популяционных трендов показателей здоровья, наблюдаемых в благоприятной среде обитания, без вредного воздействия профессиональных и непрофессиональных факторов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study was to establish relations between the acute and chronic fatigue of workers, and between chronic fatigue and age dynamics of indices of health. In 859 women, white-collar workers, with normal fatigue at work of various degree and different physiological labor intensity there was determined an annual gain of professional risks (GPR): syndromes of motor, visual, and non-specific chronic fatigue; indices of the physical performance; morbidity with temporary disability. During the year the health is deteriorating both in 59% of women who are very tired at work, and 63% of women with chronic fatigue syndrome. Under a high level of the physiological intensity of labor GPR increases by 2 times for diseases of the cardiovascular system and by 2.2-times for the disorders of the musculoskeletal system.
