Методы и технологии экономических оценок в управлении риском для здоровья становятся одними из базовых механизмов обеспечения санитарно-эпидемиологического благополучия и улучшения состояния здоровья населения. В полной мере применение этих методов и технологий относится к сфере деятельности, обусловливающей воздействие факторов рабочей среды на здоровье работающих. Адресные медико-профилактические мероприятия по управлению риском для здоровья работающих позволяют достигать экономически эффективных результатов в профилактике профессиональных заболеваний с использованием доступных медицинских технологий. В статье приведены методические подходы к экономической оценке эффективности и результаты этой оценки на примере реализации комплекса медико-профилактических мероприятий по снижению риска развития профессиональных заболеваний для работников горно-металлургических предприятий.

Methods and techniques for health risk assessment and management are becoming essential to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population and the health gain. These methods and techniques are fully applicable to the field associated with effects of occupational exposure to health. Targeted risk-based preventive and curative measures for workplace health risk management make it possible to achieve cost-effective results in the prevention occupational disease by means of using available medical technologies. The paper presents methodological approaches to economic impact analysis and its results in the context of the implementation the action plan for preventive and curative measures to reduce the risk of occupational diseases in workers employed in mining and smelting sectors.
